Demi is a new dining experience created by Chef Gavin Kaysen. Inspired by the word demitasse, the concept evolved.

Demi is elegant, timeless and sophisticated in it's branding to mimic the restaurant. Jewel tones help create a luxury appearance while the logo itself is feminine and strong.
